Before Wednesday’s Unity Cup match between the Super Eagles and Ghana at the Gtech Community Stadium, Musa made the statement.

Although the Super Eagles have won many fans’ hearts, Musa admitted to the London-based media crew that many Nigerians are “very disappointed” with the team.

But he urged the fans to persevere in their support for their beloved squad, saying that their voices would carry the team far.

The attacker for the Kano Pillars, who is 32 years old, was called up to the national squad following a long hiatus. Musa has stated that being selected to play for the national team is something he is always happy about.
