Football sensation Neymar of Brazil has tested positive for COVID-19 for the second time. Goal.com states that Santos, Neymar’s club, released a statement confirming the Brazilian forward’s current treatment status.

Neymar Jr. was evaluated by the Medical Department of Santos FC, and further laboratory testing proved that he is infected with the COVID-19 virus; his illness began on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
