According to sources who shared the news with Nupekotvlafiagi, Ndamitso was apprehended alongside another person. However, the second individual was released after investigations and questioning proved his innocence.

Meanwhile, Ndamitso remains in the custody of security forces for further interrogation, as reported by furucinovel. The arrest of Ndamitso is part of a larger effort to crack down on criminal networks in the region.

There are reports of numerous arrests of suspected informants throughout the Edu Local Government Area, with some reportedly admitting to assisting bandits, while others are still undergoing questioning.

The ongoing operation by security forces, supported by local informants and vigilantes, aims to dismantle the logistical and intelligence networks that have allowed bandits to execute a continuous series of attacks, kidnappings, and violence across Kwara North.
