National Sports Commission praises handball performance at Gateway Games

While attending Monday’s men’s handball match at the Ake Sports Complex in Abeokuta, Olopade made the following statement. The competition was between the states of Lagos and Sokoto. Starting on May 16th, the Sports Festival will go all the way through May 30th.

The Director General, speaking at the “Gateway Games 2024,” praised the handball players for their performance thus far and emphasized the noticeable improvement in the game’s standard. According to Olopade, the players showed maturity, honesty, and a commitment to playing by the rules.
