In case you forgot, Mbappe sued the French champions in 2018 for what he said was an attempt at extortion and a ban on him training with the team until he signed a new deal in 2023. The France International filed a complaint alleging moral harassment, which prompted a court investigation.

The 16th May lawsuit focusses on the way PSG dealt with Mbappe’s case in the summer of 2023, when the 26-year-old was benched from the first squad.

However, the case has been officially begun a few days ago, and two investigating magistrates have been appointed to it.

Last year, Mbappe joined Real Madrid after leaving the Parisians as a free agent. The ex-Montenegroan has made a strong start at Real Madrid.
