Those from Kaduna State who were killed brutally while travelling to a wedding in Plateau State will be thoroughly investigated, according to Senator Uba Sani, the governor of Kaduna State.

While he acknowledged that arrests had been made and that the search for others implicated was ongoing, he assured that he would personally oversee the case and the actions of security agencies to ensure that those responsible were held accountable.
This was announced by Governor Uba Sani on his verified Facebook page during his visit to the wounded at 44 Army Reference Hospital in Kaduna.
Like he pleaded with the hospital’s medical director to give the victims the greatest treatment possible, he said he will not stop until those involved are punished to the fullest extent of the law.
He said that the Kaduna State Government would be providing psychosocial counselling to assist the victims in recovering from the trauma they have experienced, allowing them to be reintegrated into society and rejoin their families.
