After choosing not to extend his contract with the Premier League champions, Alexander-Arnold became a free agent and signed with Real Madrid.
Upon his arrival at the Spanish club earlier this month, the 26-year-old was given the number 12 shirt, which had been worn by Marcelo before.
In Alonso’s starting lineup, the England international will go up against Dani Carvajal, a seasoned defender. In the United States, he is taking part in the ongoing FIFA Club World Cup as part of Alonso’s side.
Meanwhile, tennis great Carlos Alcaraz has said that the Santiago Bernabéu is the perfect venue for Alexander-Arnold’s game.
