The automobile of well-known Nigerian R&B artist Darey Art Alade was destroyed in a fire. On Friday, at Third Mainland Bridge in Lagos state, the singer’s vehicle caught fire.

The singer’s wife Deola took to Instagram to share the tragic news, although she was quick to add that thankfully no lives were lost.
The pair released a joint statement on Saturday, sharing their story and emphasising that nothing is more irreplaceable than a human life.
At about 4 o’clock yesterday afternoon, our vehicle caught fire on the Third Mainland Bridge and burned to ashes.
It was terrifying, but we’re relieved the driver was unharmed; that’s what counts the most. Fortunately, nobody died. She said, “This reminds us of how unimportant the material things becomes in face of life itself.”.
