The Ikenne club scored a spectacular goal to beat out the competition and guarantee themselves a spot in the playoffs. Remo Stars achieved a first: they qualified for the playoffs.

The outcome also guarantees that the Nasarawa Amazons will be able to participate in the playoffs. On Wednesday, at the Lafia City Stadium, Chris Danjuma’s squad won 1-0 against holders Edo Queens.

Queens from Bayelsa, Rivers Angels, and Edo State have already secured their spots in the tournament. On the last day of the season next week, Naija Ratels and FC Robo Queens will battle it out for the last playoff position.
