Rabiot poised for a move to Man Utd following altercation with Jonathan Rowe

Manchester United is reportedly going to be presented with the chance to acquire their previous target, Adrien Rabiot, after the midfielder was placed on the transfer list by Marseille, as stated by football transfer expert Fabrizio Romano.

It’s worth noting that Rabiot nearly joined the Red Devils last summer after departing from Juventus, but ultimately chose to return to France to play for Marseille.

The French international played a vital role in manager Roberto De Zerbi’s team, which secured the second spot behind Paris Saint-Germain last season.

However, Rabiot has now been made available for transfer alongside his teammate Jonathan Rowe after both were involved in a heated dressing room brawl following their 1-0 loss to Rennes in the French Ligue 1 match last Friday. In an update regarding the 30-year-old, Romano shared on his YouTube channel:

According to Romano, Ruben Amorim’s team will be among the clubs given the opportunity to sign the 30-year-old for a reduced fee of £13-17 million.

“Many individuals close to Adrien Rabiot’s camp are suggesting the chance to present Rabiot to clubs, including Manchester United,” Romano mentioned on his YouTube channel.

“He’s a player who has been on Manchester United’s radar for many years, but in recent times, there hasn’t been any significant progress. Currently, I’m not hearing anything solid regarding Manchester United’s negotiations for Rabiot.

“He will be offered to Manchester United and several other clubs as a potential signing for €15-20 million. However, as of now, the situation remains open.
