A man, recognized in a widely circulated image holding a rifle, has been named “Duna Sani,” a leading commander associated with the infamous bandit leader Bello Turji.

According to Zagazola Makama, Duna Sani is regarded as one of the most perilous members of Turji’s faction.
He faces accusations of murdering numerous individuals, beheading women, and perpetrating various sexual assaults in northwestern Nigeria.
In a recorded audio message, Turji reportedly boasted that Duna Sani could not last more than three days without taking a life.
There is a growing outcry for justice, with many demanding that Duna Sani, Bello Turji, and others like them be prevented from terrorizing communities in the area.
